Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
Dozer Jam is a game made by MobiGoal for Android and the web. By downloading, installing, or playing it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't play the game.
2. Your licence to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play Dozer Jam for your own enjoyment. The game, its code, artwork, and sounds belong to MobiGoal. You may not copy, sell, or redistribute the game, or modify or reverse-engineer it to cheat or to build a competing product.
3. It's a game
Dozer Jam is fiction. Its streets are inspired by real places, but the vendors, vehicles, and violations in it are invented for play. The game is not affiliated with any city, government, or authority, and it does not encourage any real-world action against people or property.
4. Play safely
On phones you can steer by tilting the device. Be aware of your surroundings while you play, and never play while driving or walking somewhere that needs your attention.
5. Ads and rewards
The Android version is free and shows ads served by Google AdMob. Some ads are optional and give you an in-game reward, such as a power charge. In-game rewards have no cash value and can't be exchanged or transferred. We're not responsible for the content of ads or for advertisers' products and websites.
6. No warranty
The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may update, change, or stop offering it at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MobiGoal is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to play means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbra, Portugal.
Privacy Policy
1. The short version
Dozer Jam has no accounts and we don't collect your name, email, or any other personal information. Your game settings stay on your device. The Android version shows ads from Google AdMob, and Google may collect some device data to show and measure those ads, as explained below.
2. What stays on your device
The game saves your settings (volume, shadows, and steering choice) in the device's local storage so they're kept between sessions. They're never sent to us. Uninstalling the app, or clearing the site data in your browser, deletes them.
3. Motion sensor
If tilt steering is on, the game reads your phone's motion sensor to tell how far you're tipping it. These readings are used on the device in real time to steer, and are never stored or sent anywhere. You can switch to on-screen steering in the game's Settings.
4. Ads by Google AdMob
The Android version uses Google AdMob to show ads. To serve, limit, and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address (which can indicate your approximate location), device and app information, and how you interact with the ads. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy; you can read how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice later from the game's Settings. Anywhere, you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads on some phones).
5. The browser version
Playing Dozer Jam in a web browser doesn't show ads and doesn't use tracking cookies. As with any website, the server hosting the game may log basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type to keep it running securely.
6. Sharing and selling
We don't sell personal data, and we don't share any data with anyone other than Google's ad services described above.
7. Children
Dozer Jam is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we'll help remove it.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy; the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Questions or requests? Email us at info@mobigoal.com or write to MobiGoal, Coimbra, Portugal.
